The Airborne Mission Operations (AMO) Division currently has an opening for a Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance (ISR) Field Service Representative supporting an Operations, Sustainment and Development program based at a customer facility on Fort Gordon, GA. The Field Service Representative is responsible for pre/post mission briefs and setup, PED execution, and operational support and troubleshooting during live missions. This position also extracts useful information from mission data using a variety of tools and methods, including analysis, classification, conversion, extraction, organization, and reasoning to provide the customer with insights to shape CONOPS, intel products, and future development efforts. Through a thorough understanding of customer areas of interest, the Field Service Representative will assist in identifying capability gaps and make recommendations during Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings outlining technology roadmaps in anticipation of current and future needs. The Field Service Representative is an integral member of the team and liaisons with Leidos Functional support personnel, U.S. Government customers, subcontractors and vendors. The Field Service Representative position is based at a customer facility at Fort Gordonr, GA with travel to Leidos, customer, and subcontractor facilities as required to meet program requirements and goals; normally 10% with surge travel to support integration and testing events.
