About The Position

Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance SME The Opportunity: As a defense mission professional, you ask questions others don’t. You understand the nuances of complex situations. You use your skills to think bigger and push further, solving complex problems. We’re looking for an expert like you to create solutions for missions that keep our nation safe. As an Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Subject Matter Expert, you’ll bring your analytical, instructional systems design, intelligence, and Marine Corps training expertise to work on projects supporting U.S. Marine Corps Intelligence Schools (MCIS) and the broader Intelligence Community. You’ll research, analyze, assess, and develop training solutions that enhance the readiness and effectiveness of All-Source and Geospatial Intelligence professionals. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, identifying, analyzing, and evaluating complex training systems, policies, procedures, and curricula in support of service and joint missions. You’ll guide the work we do for USMC intelligence training and education and the solutions we deliver for military readiness, intelligence mission planning, and national security objectives. Further your career as you help solve complex design, integration, and analytical challenges supporting Marine Corps ISR training, doctrine, and curriculum development. Join us. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in intelligence, ISR, or military training
  • Knowledge of Marine Corps intelligence training systems, SAT process, POIs, and T&R Manuals
  • Ability to analyze training requirements, develop curricula, and communicate complex concepts through written products and briefings
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting MCIS, All-Source Intelligence, or Geospatial Intelligence training programs
  • Knowledge of MCTIMS, JCIDS, DOTMLPF, and Marine Corps or Joint Intelligence doctrine
  • Ability to lead or facilitate Course Curriculum Review Boards, Working Groups, or training councils
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, Education, Military Studies, or a related field
  • Instructional Systems Design, SAT, or intelligence-related Certifications
