We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Representative (FSR) to support our operations through the delivery, setup, service, and pickup of rental medical equipment. This hands-on role is essential in helping medical teams provide high-quality care. Position Overview The Field Service Representative reports to the Operations Manager and local Supervisors and serves as a direct point of support for our hospital partners. This role includes driving, customer service, equipment handling, cleaning/disinfecting, and problem-solving within clinical environments. Training is provided on all Kreg products and protocols.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening (pre-employment and random).
  • Strong problem-solving, time-management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and safely handle large medical equipment with proper techniques and tools (training provided).
  • Be able to work 9PM to 6AM

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in customer-facing or service-oriented roles is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Safely deliver, service, and pick up medical equipment at customer facilities.
  • Operate and meet competency expectations for a 28-foot box truck; adhere to all company safe-driving standards.
  • Maintain communication with Central Dispatch regarding routing and order updates.
  • May drive between 10–250 miles per day, depending on route assignments.
  • Serve as a professional and customer-focused point of contact at each facility.
  • Build positive relationships; provide basic equipment training to on-site staff when needed.
  • Use sound judgment to troubleshoot route challenges and ensure service-level commitments.
  • Prepare equipment for patient use, including cleaning, disinfecting, inspecting, and testing.
  • Move, load, and maneuver specialty medical beds and equipment—up to 1,000 lbs. using provided tools and techniques.
  • Perform tasks requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, or stooping throughout the shift.
  • Step safely in and out of the truck (approximately a two-foot height) multiple times per shift.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs. as part of routine job functions.
  • Become proficient in troubleshooting and minor repairs on all Kreg Therapeutics products (training provided).
  • Maintain company vehicles in clean, orderly condition.
  • Clean and disinfect returned rental equipment per company policies.
  • Accurately complete daily reporting requirements using email, mobile devices, and company software.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, documentation, and technology comfort.
  • Uphold consistent, professional communication with customers and dispatch at all times.
  • Complete orders within assigned timeframes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
