About The Position

The Integrated Aviation Solutions (AIS) Division currently has an opening for an ELINT Field Support Representative (FSR) supporting an Operations, Sustainment and Development program based at a customer facility on Fort Gordon, GA (FGGA). Leidos is the prime contractor on a 10-year single award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract supporting the United States Army. The ELINT FSR is charged with performing tasks required to search, detect, identify, intercept, and locate signals of interest using the most appropriate sensor and geolocation technique available. The ELINT FSR works with the Site Operations Lead to complete testing and verifying new systems and capabilities as required. The ELINT FSR will be responsible for producing vignettes of current geolocation capabilities. The ELINT FSR will mentor less experienced military operators to enhance and reinforce operational Tactics, Techniques and Procedures. The ELINT FSR will collaborate with the Site Operations Lead to influence solution design, processes and approaches. As requested, the ELINT FSR will participate in Integrated Product Team meetings and interact daily with the Site Operations Lead and FGGA customers to ensure the team is meeting mission and reporting requirements. The Mission Integrator is an integral member of the Engineering team and reports directly to the Site Operations Lead. The ELINT FSR position is based at a customer facility on FGGA with travel to Leidos, customer, and subcontractor facilities as required to meet program requirements and goals; normally 10% with surge travel to support integration and testing events.

Requirements

  • Must hold a BA/BS degree and 4 - 8 years of experience; or master’s degree and 2 - 6 years of experience. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Current DoD Top Secret Clearance with w/CI Poly.
  • Utilize ELINT methodologies to enhance mission effectiveness.
  • Recent experience using multiple methods to produce geolocation solutions of known actionable communication devices.
  • Two years of operational experience, within the last five years conducting RF collection or direction-finding operations.
  • Experience with operational processing, exploitation, and dissemination (PED) technical support.
  • Capable of working autonomously with little or no supervision.
  • Effectively communicate with Leidos and sub-contractor functional leads, managers, and employees.
  • Ability to travel 10% to support meetings and system integration and testing.
  • Able to support shift work to meet mission surge operations.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Power BI, MS Project, Office, PowerPoint, Visio
  • Knowledge and experience with Army Airborne ISR Operations
  • Understanding of SIGINT missions
  • Experience with Army and National Intelligence policies and procedures
  • DoD 8570 approved IAT Level II Baseline

Responsibilities

  • Perform tasks required to search, detect, identify, intercept, and locate signals of interest using the most appropriate sensor and geolocation techniques.
  • Work with the other FSRs to complete testing and verifying new systems and capabilities.
  • Produce vignettes of current geolocation capabilities.
  • Maintain awareness of emerging technologies, emitter systems, and adversary capabilities.
  • Mentor military operators to enhance and reinforce operational Tactics, Techniques and Procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain system performance using automated tools to provide proactive identification and resolution of issues, ensuring mission readiness and operational efficiency.
  • Support the development of tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) for ELINT analysis and integration.
  • Liaison with Government customers and outside agencies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide feedback to Site Operations Lead and Program Management on daily, weekly and monthly activities.
  • All other Mission Integration and support duties as directed by the Site Operations Lead.
  • Complete all Contractually directed and Leidos corporate training requirements and required certifications.
  • Able to support shift work to meet mission surge operations.
