Summit Technologies is seeking a highly qualified Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Instructor, Subject Matter Expert to support the U.S. Space Force Combat Forces Command (CFC) Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Enterprise. The successful candidate will deliver advanced intelligence instruction, develop course materials, facilitate practical exercises, and support curriculum modernization efforts for Intelligence Guardians and ISR professionals. This position plays a critical role in preparing personnel to conduct intelligence operations in support of space and joint warfighting missions. The instructor will provide classroom, virtual, and Mobile Training Team (MTT) instruction while ensuring training materials remain current with evolving operational requirements. Training programs supported include: Space Warfighter Intelligence Fundamentals Training (SWIFT) – Foundational space intelligence and ISR operations training. Analysis, Structured Techniques, Reasoning and Operational Tradecraft (ASTRO) – Intelligence analysis, critical thinking, and structured analytic techniques. Mission Planning Course (MPC) – Joint Planning Process, Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment, and intelligence integration into mission planning. Space Targeting Course (STC) – Space domain targeting processes, target system analysis, and operational targeting. Foreign Instrumentation Signals Intelligence (FISINT) Course – Collection, analysis, and interpretation of foreign instrumentation signals intelligence.
