About The Position

As an intelligence analyst on our team, you’ll help with functional management of intelligence programs. You will leverage your expertise and experience to advance unit concerns, translate them into requirements, and provide recommendations on how to organize, train, equip, and utilize resources in accordance with higher headquarters polices. Additionally, you will assist with the coordination of policy development, guidance, requirements, tactics, and techniques. Finally, you will inform all intelligence training allocation requirements and conduct inspections to provide oversight and visibility of unit operational readiness and unit compliance. You’ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience with military intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance
  • 10+ years of experience working with U.S. military and civilian leadership at a Headquarters-level
  • Ability to manage, coordinate, and articulate issues for action by leadership
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with the PPBE processes
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree
