This role involves identifying and evaluating counterintelligence concerns, providing written products and briefings, offering subject matter expertise, presenting research to senior leaders, developing strategies, and managing multiple research projects. The position requires acting as a main point of contact between field and office guidance.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must have an Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in All-Source analysis.
  • Experience writing IC-related documents.
  • Experienced in creating, reading, and processing all - source intelligence, including the ability to conduct research, analysis, reports from all disciplines.
  • Be able to communicate details clearly and effectively verbally as well as in writing.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively follow-through and manage status reporting and scheduling.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Graduated from an accredited four-year college or university.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment with the ability to handle stressful situations.
  • Be very detail oriented, able to communicate details clearly and effectively verbally (daily communication and in presentations) as well as in writing.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience and understanding of research, analysis, and use of tools specific to the end customer is highly desirable.
  • Direct Customer experience and tradecraft certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate possible counterintelligence concerns, provide written products, briefings and produce detailed products.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to customer leadership.
  • Present research and briefing senior level managers quickly and thoroughly and be able to react to a highly fluid environment.
  • Actively produce collection, develop strategies, engage leadership, and implement plans.
  • Manage multiple research projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Act as the main point of contact between field and office guidance.
