About The Position

E&M Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Intelligence Network Development Analyst to join their team in Charlottesville, VA. This role supports the Defense Resources and Infrastructure Office (DRI), which catalogs and analyzes military and civilian infrastructure and defense-related resources. The goal is to support U.S. and allied planners, targeteers, warfighters, policymakers, partners, and acquisition officials by providing insights into a nation's or group's military capabilities. These capabilities include transportation, logistics, defense economics, energy systems, arms trade, physical vulnerability to weapon effects, defense industries, and the operational environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience or 7+years of equivalent experience.
  • Experience with network development analysis and HUMINT targeting within the IC or Combatant Command environments.
  • Experience conducting pattern of life analysis, social network analysis, and human factors analysis.
  • Experience working with SIGINT and HUMINT, and using high-side tools and databases, including Analyst Notebook, DataXplorer, FADE MIST, BODHI.
  • Ability to develop high-quality deliverables, complex written products, and formal or informal briefings tailored to clients, including tactical to strategic levels such as actionable leads.
  • Ability to apply flexible research methodologies to complex, open-ended problems.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must have and be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) TS/SCI with a CI Polygraph clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a fusion cell environment or directly with all-source analysts writing ICD 203 and ICD 206-compliant finished intelligence production.
  • Experience analyzing issues.
  • Master's degree in Intelligence Analysis or International Relations.

Responsibilities

  • Performs independent technical analysis, applying experience with the characterization of complex target networks and conducts exploitation of networks.
  • Provides assessments on the structures, dynamics, and functions of networks at the small group to global levels, offering operational and strategic insights that can answer intelligence questions and direct collection efforts to close intelligence gaps.
  • Performs research and analysis that enable organizations to inform strategic decisions, supports operations and planning through network and target development, drives intelligence operations through collection support, and optimizes the intelligence enterprise.
