About The Position

North Point Technology is hiring a Senior Intelligence Management Specialist to support our INSCOM Data Capabilities Division team. This role provides a full range of intelligence and administrative support to assist analysts, engineers, and scientists involved in a variety of intelligence disciplines and activities. Activities include reviewing documents for accuracy and responding to staff requests on accessing, coordinating, consolidating, or formatting; assisting with administration and management of RFIs, task actions, reports, and briefings; preparing correspondence and other documents needed to support the management of the program and associated activities; creating read-ahead documents, coordinating with security to ensure guests have appropriate access, and building read-ahead books or material for official functions and meetings; and providing cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support.

  • Provides guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies

  • Comprehensive understanding of Army editing standards, Classification standards, and the DIA style guide
  • Possesses elevated skills in writing, initiative, editorial judgment, and professional collaboration
  • Associates degree with 7 years' experience in an intelligence discipline OR High School Diploma with 9 years' experience in an intelligence discipline
  • Current DoD Top Secret / SCI Security Clearance with ability to obtain

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum 8 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
  • 7 years demonstrated experience related to the specific labor category in an intelligence discipline working in the DoD or IC within the last 2 years
  • Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education

Responsibilities

  • Provide a full range of intelligence and administrative support to analysts, engineers, and scientists across various intelligence disciplines and activities
  • Review documents for accuracy and respond to staff requests on accessing, coordinating, consolidating, or formatting
  • Assist with administration and management of RFIs, task actions, reports, and briefings
  • Prepare correspondence and other documents needed to support program management and associated activities
  • Create read-ahead documents, coordinate with security to ensure guests have appropriate access, and build read-ahead books or material for official functions and meetings
  • Provide cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support
  • Manage the organizational task management system (such as Enterprise Task Management Software (ETMS2)) on all networks; provide leadership with weekly status reports on tasker suspense dates and due outs
  • Assist in weekly or ad hoc reporting requirements to Army G2 and INSCOM
  • Manage organizational group and office duty mailboxes/calendars and maintain continuity of upcoming events
  • Maintain the conference room/collaboration room calendar; post weekly room calendars on conference room doors
  • Assist in coordinating office meetings and events; set up and schedule VTCs or teleconferences; prepare agendas with input from government leads
  • Review documentation and correspondence for accuracy and compliance with Army Regulation 25-50, Preparing and Managing Correspondence
  • Maintain the Operations tasker log and routing correspondence log with regular updates
  • Prepare and present briefings for visitors, including the organizational mission briefing
