About The Position

The Contractor shall provide dedicated support to the Intelligence-Future Capabilities Division (I-FCD). In this capacity, the Contractor will coordinate directly with Action Officers across the Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) and the Capability Portfolio Executive for Intelligence and Spectrum Warfare (CPE ISW), and with their respective Program Managers (PMs), FCDs, and associated staff elements. The Contractor is responsible for supporting the identification, definition, prioritization, and communication of Intelligence equities during PAE-level meetings and working groups to ensure mission synchronization. While the primary place of performance is Fort Huachuca, AZ, the Contractor may be required to provide mobile support for events, exercises, and engagements outside of the immediate installation area, and may be required to travel for short duration business trips with an estimation of 10% of the Contractors work time. This effort encompasses providing dedicated integration and synchronization support between the ICoE, I-FCD, and PAE C2/cC2. The contractor shall provide subject matter expertise in intelligence capability development to ensure all proposed concepts and materiel solutions are fully nested with Army and Department of War priorities. This includes ensuring technical and operational interoperability by assisting in the alignment of PAE C2/cC2 systems and architectures with established I-FCD requirements and DOTMLPF-P solutions. The contractor is responsible for the management and tracking of all cross-organizational taskings to ensure the timely coordination and resolution of action items between ICoE, I-FCD and PAE C2/cC2.

Requirements

  • Direct, relevant experience in Army intelligence operations and strategic capability development.
  • Active Top-Secret Clearance (Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a US security clearance)
  • Former Military Intelligence Officers, Warrant Officers, or Senior Noncommissioned Officers meeting the following criteria:
  • Demonstrated experience in force modernization, requirement determination, and Army acquisition.
  • Functional experience managing complex, cross-organizational staff taskings and action items at the executive level.
  • Firsthand experience conducting DOTMLPF-P analysis and aligning operational intelligence architectures with materiel and software solutions.
  • Proven ability to coordinate and deconflict efforts between requirement developers (e.g., Centers of Excellence / I-FCD) and materiel developers (e.g., PAEs / CPEs) to ensure alignment with broader Army and Department of War priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist primary integration functions between PAE C2/cC2, ICoE, and I-FCD to synchronize transformation efforts, capability development, taskings, and operational objectives.
  • Participate in I-FCD working groups, meetings, and experimentation efforts to support the identification, definition, prioritization, and communication of Intelligence and PAE C2/cC2 equities and provide feedback on intelligence capability gaps and solutions.

  • Coordinate with I-FCD to develop and refine products, ensuring alignment with PAE C2/cC2’s integration activities.
  • Apply subject matter expertise to all intelligence capability development initiatives, ensuring concepts and materiel solutions are fully aligned with the priorities of the Army and the Department of War.
  • Assist in the identification, assessment, and prioritization of intelligence capability gaps and potential solutions across all warfighting functions (WfFs).
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders to develop and review requirements documentation.
  • Provide input to I-FCD on PAE C2/cC2’s ongoing and planned modernization initiatives to ensure alignment with Army and Joint intelligence requirements.
  • Assist in the management and tracking of all informal and formal taskings directed to, or originating from, the PAE C2/cC2.
  • Ensure the timely coordination, resolution of action items, and alignment of efforts between I-FCD and PAE C2/cC2 through Integration and Operations.
  • Maintain and operate the designated organizational tasking management system.
  • Monitor suspense dates, track assigned responsibilities, and provide recurring status briefings to division leadership on open, pending, and completed actions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tasking receipt, dissemination, and follow-up.
  • Facilitate cross-organizational coordination, ensuring all relevant stakeholders remain informed of requirements, deadlines, and final outcomes.
  • Draft, review, and staff responses to taskings, Requests for Information (RFIs), and action items.
  • Ensure all deliverables are factually accurate, properly staffed through the appropriate channels, and submitted prior to established suspense’s.
  • Apply advanced expertise in intelligence operations, Army processes, and capability development to advise and support the ICoE CG and I-FCD.
  • Provide technical and operational assistance to I-FCD in the design, development, and implementation of material and operational solutions for intelligence communications, data transport, and network architectures.
  • Assist I-FCD in conducting and reviewing threat assessments, operational risk analyses, and Capability-Based Assessments (CBAs) to inform senior leader decision-making and requirements generation.
