About The Position

As an Intelligence Innovation Integrator, you will use your specialized technical, operational, and modernization experience and your attention to detail to develop reports, information papers, analytic assessments, and executive briefings to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. You’ll help your client understand the operational landscape of intelligence modernization, capability gaps, and mission requirements across the Army and joint partners. Using your comprehensive understanding of various modernization, experimentation, and innovation capabilities, you’ll explore new programs and concepts, develop effective project plans, and combine information from disparate sources, including market research, vendor solutions, and technical assessments. You’ll validate information and convert operational problems into disciplined plans as you build assessments for senior Army leaders, capability teams, and decision-makers. As the authority on your assigned modernization initiatives and operational needs, your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skill set into areas like edge computing, AI and ML integration, sensor-to-shooter workflows, experimentation governance, and lifecycle sustainment. You’ll share your expertise across our team through leadership and mentoring. Requirements

10+ years of experience in intelligence roles, intelligence modernization, capability development, requirements, experimentation, or systems integration
5+ years of experience supporting a Service Component Command, Combatant Command, Joint Task Force, Service-level or Joint Headquarters, or national-level Intelligence Community organization
Experience translating operational problems into requirements, experiments, assessments, and transition recommendations
Experience coordinating effectively across multiple internal and external military, Joint, Intelligence Community, interagency, partner, and industry roles and organizations to develop and support technical positions, justify recommendations, and deliver timely and accurate products
Experience researching, drafting, coordinating, and briefing senior leader decision products with minimal supervision
TS/SCI clearance
HS diploma or GED and 9+ years of experience working in a professional environment, Associate’s degree and 7+ years of experience working in a professional environment, or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience working in a professional environment

Nice To Haves

Experience with Army or joint intelligence architectures, edge capabilities, AI/ML or data integration, sensor-to-shooter workflows, or operations in DDIL environments
Experience with Army requirements and resourcing processes, urgent or emergent needs, experimentation governance, acquisition transition, and lifecycle sustainment
Experience planning or assessing capabilities during major Army, joint, or multinational exercises in the Pacific theater
Experience with testing and evaluation or formal capability development
Master’s degree
Project Management Professional Certification
