About The Position

Leidos is seeking Junior and Mid Level Multi-Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) All-Source Analysts for future and upcoming opportunities at Beale AFB. The role supports the USAF Air Combat Command’s (ACC) ISR operations as part of a mission-critical Military Intelligence Program. The position is contingent on immediate backfill needs or newly available roles within the program.

The analyst coordinates activities across multiple ISR domains, works with AF Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) Enterprise stakeholders and Analysis and Exploitation Teams, and supports operational analysis and ISR mission planning. The role also provides expertise on foreign military capabilities and defense issues, responds to Requests for Information, and ensures adherence to AF DCGS procedures and applicable directives. Candidates should have multi-domain intelligence exploitation and reporting skills and current TS/SCI access eligibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–8 years of relevant intelligence experience; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Proven skills in exploiting and reporting data from multi-domain sources, data mining, and using IC databases.
• Current TS/SCI access eligibility.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
• Expertise in domains such as Space, Human Intelligence, Electronic Warfare, and DoD/IC applications.
• Skills in GEOINT, MASINT, SIGINT, ELINT, FISINT, HUMINT, or OSINT.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mission activities across multi-ISR domains with AF Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) Enterprise stakeholders.
• Collaborate with AF DCGS Analysis and Exploitation Teams (AET) on current operations, long-term and short-term analyses, and ISR mission planning.
• Provide expert insight into foreign military capabilities and defense issues and address Request for Information (RFI) responses.
• Ensure compliance with AF DCGS tactics, techniques, and procedures, as well as applicable directives.
