(ISSJ-III) Incumbent Capture- Intelligence Analyst
About The Position
Iron Legion JV LLC (ILJV), a Mentor-Protégé Joint Venture between Iron EagleX, Inc. (IEX) and Legion Systems, LLC (Legion), is seeking to hire current incumbents for the Incumbent Capture- Intelligence Analyst role. ILJV provides SOF-specific intelligence professional services and technical solutions to USSOCOM. The company is committed to a low-risk transition, maintaining transparency, and retaining critical personnel to ensure seamless support for ongoing mission operations. The team is comprised of SOF support contractors with experience in the ISSJ program, dedicated to ensuring continuous support for warfighters. This role requires an active TS/SCI clearance. The work location is in Arlington, VA, with a requirement for 10-25% travel. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide SOF-specific intelligence professional services.
- Deliver leading-edge technical, management, and workforce solutions.
- Support USSOCOM HQ, Components, and TSOCs.
- Ensure continuity and seamless support for ongoing mission operations.
- Mitigate risks during transition, including mission continuity, staff readiness, and accountability.
- Transfer knowledge, assets, and operational responsibility.
- Ensure the warfighter receives continuous and dedicated support for mission success.
