About The Position

As an intelligence analyst, you use your specialized military experience and your attention to detail to develop reports, intelligence products, analytic assessments, and mission planning recommendations to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support airborne intelligence operations. As an intelligence analyst on our team, you'll help your client understand their operational landscape and enhance collection opportunities. Using your understanding of various collection platforms, you'll explore new data sources, develop effective queries and combine information from disparate sources including SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, HUMINT, and all-source. You'll validate information and apply client tradecraft as you build assessments for warfighters, partner agencies, and internal client publications. As the authority on your subject your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure. Requirements

  • Experience with airborne ISR operations creating, analyzing, and utilizing SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, and MASINT products
  • Experience with managing and coordinating intelligence activities and integrating ISR with combat operations
  • Experience as a DoD or IC Intelligence Analyst
  • Experience in Collections Management
  • Experience working in Air Operations Centers
  • Knowledge of intelligence research and collection methods, techniques, and practices to use multi-source intelligence information systems for making recommendations in developing intelligence capabilities and threat assessments to interpret policy and commit resources
  • Ability to maintain control of classified material, quickly assimilate disparate data, provide accurate assessments of the implication of such data, and make decisions, estimates, and recommendations under conditions of urgency and pressure and present or justify a position effectively
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with development of plans and requirements
  • Experience in Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E)
  • Experience as a DoD or IC Instructor or Evaluator
  • Knowledge of ISR infrastructure, C2 or C4ISR schema, intelligence, and Multi-Domain Command and Control (MDC2) theory of operation
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Graduate of a USAF Weapons School
