Veterans Security Operations (VSO) is seeking an experienced full-time Lead Intelligence Analyst to join our team, producing actionable and forward-looking intelligence to support GSOC operations and client security programs. You'll own and shape our client's intelligence function as they scale — the person leadership turns to when something happening in the world could touch their people, sites, or operations. Based in the Seattle office (hybrid, with flexibility), you'll lead the majority of day-to-day intelligence output, from routine situational awareness reporting to fast-moving, incident-driven investigations, while also setting the strategy and standards for the program as it grows. This is a physical security intelligence role. This is not a cybersecurity role. You'll work primarily in support of our client's US sites while maintaining awareness of global developments (geopolitical instability, supply chain disruption, activism, and other emerging risks) that could impact their people and operations as they expand internationally. You'll partner directly with company leadership and stakeholders, and help guide other analysts as the function grows. This is a rare opportunity to build and lead an intelligence program almost from the ground up at a mission-driven, high-visibility company in a genuinely novel, fast-scaling industry — with direct access to executive leadership and real ownership over how the function takes shape.
