About The Position

As a CACI Supply Chain Illumination Intelligence Analyst you will perform Supply Chain Illumination and assist in the collection and dissemination of information to U.S. and coalition forces, on a need-to-know basis, concerning supply chain risk management research and analysis. This position will support C5ISR Center at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland.

Requirements

  • Current and Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
  • BA/BS or Associates degree plus 3 yrs. experience or 6 yrs. of experience.
  • Requires Military Intelligence MOS background and have completed formal military intelligence training/school.
  • Ability to generate/provided specialized analytical products.
  • Present, discuss, and defend assessments to intelligence community and technical community.
  • Proficient in utilizing standard MS Office computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.
  • Proficient in utilizing specialized intelligence tools to create final products.
  • Possess strong research, analytical, and writing skills as well as briefing skills to include the ability to clearly articulate information to different audiences.
  • Capable of effectively operating as a member of an analytical team from a remote location in support of CJOA requirements.
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with supply chain risk management research and analysis in accordance with DoD SCRM standards
  • Basic Open-Source Intelligence (OS301) and Advanced Open-Source Intelligence (OS302)
  • Knowledge of and ability to perform analysis on the latest Commercial Based and emerging Technologies that could be utilized by advisories and articulate how use of that CBT would affect DoD capability.
  • Must demonstrate ability to provide Indications and Warning and trend analysis data on target devices and TTPs.
  • Ability to conduct Weapons Technical Intelligence (WTI) assessments on battlefield recoveries as well as COTS items in order to provide technology assessments.
  • Knowledge of current events in targeting, historical, assessment, and pattern analysis processes.
  • Experience providing intelligence support regarding issues within the CENTCOM AOR or other specific COCOMs.
  • Expert knowledge of Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (FOCI) regulations and mitigation strategies (NISPOM).
  • Strong understanding of corporate structuring, financial intelligence, and shell company detection techniques.
  • Proficiency in OSINT techniques and tools.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and ownership structures.
  • Experience with international business practices and legal frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong research, writing, and briefing skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Palantir, i2 Analyst’s Notebook, Maltego, Excel, SQL, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of corporate filings, incorporation processes, and international business structures.
  • Ability to assess R&D trends and predict technological advancements.
  • Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)

Responsibilities

  • Advise and assist the S&T community on developing CUAS procedures for possible future needs in the mid-to-long term.
  • Assess system and component criticality, identify critical suppliers, conduct supply chain threat and vulnerability assessments, map supply chains, and provide risk mitigation recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Conduct evaluations and briefing detailing any potential foreign influence or threats to current or projected procurement efforts.
  • Apply a variety of research methods and analytic methodologies to multifaceted, critical problems associated with emerging commercial technologies and the respective supply chain and provide comprehensive technical products to stakeholders
  • Attend and participate in meetings and conferences in support of command priorities/missions
  • Demonstrate ability to exploit various intelligence disciplines (e.g. TECHSIGINT, SIGINT/CYBER, MASINT) from all levels of classified information.
  • Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS (to include possible conflict areas) on short notice in order to disseminate relevant threat information.
  • Perform all functional duties independently.
  • Research support for analysts who produce Intelligence Community reports and briefings as well as direct support to current operations.
  • Research unclassified and classified databases for use in written products.
  • Monitor and analyze strategic and operational intelligence information.
  • Research, author, and coordinate threat assessments to support the Commander and/or leaders in the U.S. civilian intelligence community.
  • Assist with development and maintenance of analytical policies and procedures.
  • Ability to search/screen all media sources and provide assessments of intelligence impacts.
