About The Position

RenXTech, a wholly owned subsidiary of Buchanan & Edwards, is seeking an Intelligence Analyst (D Officer) to join their team. This is a full-time position located in McLean, VA. The role involves identifying and evaluating counterintelligence concerns, producing written products and briefings, providing subject matter expertise, and presenting research to senior leadership. The analyst will manage multiple research projects, act as a liaison between field and office, and contribute to collection strategies and plan implementation. Applicants will be evaluated and placed in a level from 1-5 based on experience, assessments, and customer feedback. Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must have an Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
  • Bachelors' Degree and at least 1-20 years of Customer specific experience
  • Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in All-Source analysis
  • Experience writing IC-related documents
  • Be able to communicate details clearly and effectively verbally as well as in writing
  • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively follow-through and manage status reporting and scheduling
  • Experience in Intelligence Operations/Analysis/Support to Field Operations

Nice To Haves

  • Experience and understanding of research, analysis and use of tools specific to the end customer is highly desirable
  • Experienced in creating, reading and processing all - source intelligence, including the ability to conduct research, analysis, reports from all disciplines
  • Foreign field experience from at least two overseas tours or extensive overseas TDY experience
  • Direct Customer experience and tradecraft certifications
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment with the ability to handle stressful situations
  • Be very detail oriented, able to communicate details clearly and effectively verbally (daily communication and in presentations) as well as in writing
