Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or a closely related field.
• Current admission to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is required.
• Two or more years of working experience as a licensed patent agent is required.
• Candidates must be collaborative and motivated to succeed in a client-focused, team-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in drafting and prosecuting patents related to artificial intelligence, machine learning, or other emerging technologies are strongly preferred.
• Experience in client counseling or working in the software and hardware related industry is a plus.
• Excellent academic credentials and strong written and oral communication skills.
