The National Research Council (NRC) is seeking an Intellectual Property (IP) Commercialization Leader to join the Business Management Directorate of its International Innovation (BII) Branch. This role is crucial for establishing key business development and IP commercialization policies and frameworks, championing best practices, providing technical business intelligence, convening the Business Development Community of Practice, and supporting NRC's strategic priorities, including leading IP commercialization initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with IRAP, the NPO, NRC’s IP team, researchers, and business professionals in NRC’s Research Centres to advance the licensing and commercialization of NRC-generated intellectual property.
