About The Position

Intellectual Property attorney or patent agent sought by one of California’s largest full-service law firms with a successful and expanding intellectual property practice. Requirements

At least one year of experience representing clients in intellectual property transactions.
Background in either electrical engineering, computer science or mechanical engineering.
California-admitted attorney.
Experience from a firm with a comparable intellectual property practice.
Graduated from a top law school with solid grades.
