About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Intelex Product Architect to lead the architecture, configuration, deployment, and administration of our Intelex EHSQ platform. This role involves conducting workshops, roadmap planning, and stakeholder management, including delivering C-level presentations on solution architecture. The architect will manage key modules such as ESG and Sustainability Management, Waste Management, and Audit & Inspection Management, as well as oversee Risk Management, Incident & Corrective Action (CAPA), Management of Change (MOC), Training Management, Competency, and Compliance Obligation Tracking. A significant part of the role includes integrating Intelex with various ecosystem platforms.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of direct, hands-on Intelex (EHSQ) platform experience in an implementation or architect capacity.
• Demonstrated expertise in at least 5 Intelex modules, with at least 3 full lifecycle implementations.
• Proven experience integrating Intelex with one or more of: Enhesa, Enablon, SAP EHS, Tririga, or Metrio.
• Strong understanding of EHS regulatory frameworks including OSHA, EPA, RCRA, TSCA, and ISO 14001/45001.
• Knowledge of ESG reporting standards such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, and CDP.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, ETL, data migration, and enterprise integrations.
• 10–15 years of progressive experience in EHS/ESG software consulting, implementation, or solution architecture.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working within semi-conductor, electronics manufacturing, or advanced manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
• Experience with iPaaS tools such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.
