Requirements
- Must have final Top Secret SCI clearance without waivers.
- Intelligence Analysts who will operate the IEWTPT TCC Upper Enclave will require a Counterintelligence Polygraph (CI-POLY).
- Appropriate credentials to access SIGINT data prior to operating the system.
