About The Position

Integrative Wellness Assistant - Assistant Manager We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. You will work closely with chiropractors, massage therapists, physical therapists, and physician assistant to provide essential patient care and administrative support. Key Responsibilities Patient Care and Diagnostics Assist with patient intake, recording medical histories, vital signs, (BP, temperature, pulse, etc.), and other health details Perform diagnostic procedures, including x-rays and EKGs, under supervision Support patient care by preparing treatment areas and assisting providers during examinations Educate patients on procedures, treatment plans, and services Administrative & Support Tasks: Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring compliance with confidentiality regulations Schedule appointments, manage phone inquiries, verify insurance, and process patient paperwork Ensure the cleanliness and organization of medical equipment and examination rooms Follow all safety and infection control protocols Compensation & Benefits: Competitive Salary 401(k) Retirement Plan Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) and Holiday Employee Discounts QualificationsQualifications: Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures related to chiropractic care, massage therapy, physical therapy, and primary care Ability to take and record vital signs accurately Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations Ability to work opening and closing hours 1-2 Saturdays a month are required This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about healthcare, patient care, and clinical support. Requirements
