About The Position

We are looking for an Integrations Analyst to help lead and implement integrations between our client’s EMR systems and our cloud-based Imagen systems. You will be responsible for partnering with internal and external stakeholders to provide high quality and reliable data exchange solutions. This is a hands-on technical role, and our ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, Health Informatics or a related field; or comparable experience
3+ years of experience with health care integrations using HL7 and DICOM
Familiarity with one or more controls frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, ISO, SOC2, etc.) is required
Excellent communication and project management skills
Enjoys working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Located in or open to working PST hours (8am - 5pm)

Nice To Haves

Integration experience with multiple EMR vendors is a plus, but not required
Experience with Intersystems (Iris) integration engine is a plus, but not required
Experience with programming languages (javascript, python, c#, java, object oriented programming, cache) is preferred

Responsibilities

Work with clients, vendors, and internal teams to understand data requirements and develop best in class data exchange solutions.
Be responsible for leading, managing, and implementing integrations for multiple projects concurrently.
Own the end-to-end verification and validation process for all integrations.
Document and maintain ongoing the integration details to include a data flow diagram for all integration projects.
Serve as the subject matter expert to EMR vendors regarding Imagen systems to include, but not limited to Mirth, eRAD, Fluency, and Studycast.
Work closely with customers to provide consultation on solutions to business problems.
Apply a thorough knowledge of the needs of a business unit and knowledge of systems technology to identify and design improvements for integration solutions and applications.
Provide high-quality systems and client support for day to day operations and new customer deployments, including after hours coverage.
