Integration Technology Analyst
About The Position
This role is responsible for developing interface specification documents by analyzing application source and destination vendor specifications, requirements, and data elements. The analyst will also develop file transfer specification documents by collaborating with technical resources for the Manage File Transfer team to build scripts. The created interface specifications will be transitioned to code developers for the construction of project interfaces and/or FTPs. The role involves participating in project meetings and interface testing events, assisting in interface troubleshooting and issue resolution, and acting as a liaison between interface/FTP developers and the project team.
Requirements
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- 1+ years of Healthcare IT experience (or equivalent coursework/progress toward a Bachelor’s degree) with a foundational understanding of hospital or clinic operations.
- Familiarity with application integration, including a basic understanding of how data flows and integrates between different software systems.
- Strong core troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement basic technical solutions.
- Adaptive and self-directed work ethic, capable of operating independently under light supervision while effectively managing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

- Develop file transfer specification documents by collaborating with Apps & Plats or vendor technical resources to gather details for the Manage File Transfer team to build scripts.
- Transition the created interface specifications to code developers for the construction of project interfaces and/or FTPs.
- Attend project meetings and interface testing events.
- Assist in interface troubleshooting and the resolution of issues.
- Act as a liaison between the interface/FTP developers and the project team.
