Microsoft’s Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) division operates Microsoft’s cloud, while Datacenter Construction Delivery (DCD) builds data center capacity. The Datacenter Integration Integration & Technical Infrastructure Program Manager (DCI-ITIM) works at the intersection of construction and connectivity to support growth of Microsoft’s U.S. Government Airgap Cloud (AGC). This role leads the planning, coordination, and delivery of technical infrastructure integration activities for complex data center construction and lease projects, from project initiation through operational readiness and beyond. The successful candidate coordinates installation and readiness of Microsoft-owned systems, services, and supporting infrastructure needed to prepare new data center facilities for operational use. The work spans low-voltage, connectivity, security, critical-environment, network, and operational-technology systems. The manager oversees project scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, milestones, budgets, and resources, aligning internal teams with construction partners, property owners, service providers, consultants, and equipment vendors. The role also supports design reviews, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning/readiness, vendor management, documentation, reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement. Candidates must hold an active U.S. Government Top Secret clearance with SCI access based on an SSBI with Polygraph, meet applicable Microsoft, customer, and government screening requirements, and verify U.S. citizenship. The role also requires passing the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire or transfer and every two years thereafter.
