The position includes managing stakeholder communications, leading technical customer and vendor calls, supporting production incidents, and identifying recurring issues and process or product improvements. The role also partners with Product and Engineering to transition new integrations into support and shares customer-driven insights to inform the product roadmap.

  • Partner with Product and Engineering to transition new integrations from build to support, and communicate recurring support trends to influence the product roadmap.
  • Support SLAs by optimizing processes and identifying product inefficiencies; educate users on integration best practices and success guidelines.
  • Lead technical calls with high-value customers and third-party vendors, translating complex EDI and API issues into actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders.
