Requirements
- Experience in systems integration, middleware, or a related technical role
- Proficiency with integration platforms, APIs, and web services (REST, SOAP)
- Strong understanding of data mapping, ETL processes, and system architecture
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
Nice To Haves
- Experience with cloud-based platforms and SaaS integrations is a plus
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain system integrations across platforms and applications
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical integration solutions
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration workflows to ensure optimal performance and uptime
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, developers, and business stakeholders
- Document integration processes, data mappings, and technical specifications
- Support API development, management, and connectivity between internal and external systems
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate integration processes
