  • Clear, patient communication with non-technical teachers and district IT staff.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple district setups in parallel.
  • Familiarity with student data privacy requirements, including FERPA, COPPA, and state privacy agreements.

Nice To Haves

  • Serve as the technical point of contact for district IT administrators during onboarding, from data-sharing approval through the first successful sync.
  • Troubleshoot synchronization and login issues, including missing students, duplicate accounts, incorrect class or teacher associations, and SSO errors.
  • Monitor integration health across accounts and proactively resolve sync failures before they affect classrooms.
  • Manage Epic apps in the Clever and ClassLink partner portals, including app settings, data-sharing scopes, and district requests.
  • Work with Engineering to reproduce bugs, write clear tickets, and test fixes and new integration features.
  • Coach Customer Success, Support, and Sales on integrations and customer expectations.
  • Build and maintain help-center articles, internal runbooks, and setup guides for administrators and teachers.
  • Track integration metrics, including time to launch, sync error rates, and ticket volume, and recommend process improvements.
  • Support back-to-school periods when rostering volume is highest.
