About The Position

As an expert in defense missions, your unique background inspires you to think bigger, push further, and ask questions others don’t. We need your extensive industry knowledge and advisory skills to solve some of our clients’ most complex problems and find solutions that keep our nation safe. As an Integration Partnership Support SME, you’ll bring your expertise to work on projects for USCYBERCOM. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and implement solutions. You’ll guide the work we do for this unique mission area and the solutions we deliver for our nation's cyberspace mission.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience building and sustaining international or domestic partner relationships
  • Experience with defense security cooperation concepts, procedures, and execution, as conducted by Combatant Commands
  • Experience supporting defense operations, strategy, policy analysis, or planning with Service, Joint, or non-defense organizations, or foreign nations
  • Experience with strategic or operational partnerships supporting military service elements, Joint Commands, defense agencies, non-defense organizations, or foreign nations
  • Experience working in military service or Joint staff, including supporting senior military personnel and civilians
  • Knowledge of military processes, methodologies, and orders
  • Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with U.S. embassy teams, theater combatant commanders, and foreign partners to establish and maintain relationships supportive of DoD objectives
  • Experience working across defense and interagency partners to inform and support policy analysis decisions
  • Experience working in a major headquarters-level staff
  • Experience with defense strategy for operating in cyberspace, the Quadrennial Defense Review (QDR), National Disclosure Policy (NDP), and Global Force Management (GFM)
  • Experience drafting decision memos, briefing papers, and papers on international affairs topics in preparation for international and interagency meetings, including briefing senior leaders
  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail
  • Possession of excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Master's degree
