About The Position

The Integration Manager, SME provides senior-level technical leadership, oversight, and integration assurance for a complex software delivery environment. The role serves as the government’s technical representative for solution-level architecture, Agile delivery alignment, cross-team integration, technical risk management, and verification of contractor-delivered software products. The incumbent independently evaluates whether system integrator development activities, technical artifacts, integration practices, and delivered capabilities align with approved requirements, architecture, cybersecurity constraints, quality standards, and program objectives. The position provides technical recommendations to program leadership and supports informed acceptance, prioritization, risk, and investment decisions. The role supports the Force Management Enterprise Capability Product Management Office, which delivers software solutions and support services for the Army National Guard and U.S. Army Reserve, as well as software solutions supporting the DA G-3/5/7’s force structure management, processes, and readiness. The position is based in Fort Belvoir, Virginia, with a hybrid work arrangement.
