As a Project Delivery Senior Consultant on the project, you will: Provide administrative, analytical, and operational support to a strategic initiatives organization. Coordinate working groups, track taskers and deliverables, draft executive briefs, and integrate cross-functional human capital initiatives. Lead operational tracking for civilian talent acquisition, centralized technology workforce planning, and shared-certificate hiring efforts while coordinating with human capital stakeholders and external partners.

  • Experience leading or coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage taskers, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
  • Experience planning and facilitating working groups, workshops, and senior leadership engagements.
  • Experience preparing executive-level briefings, decision materials, status reports, and analytical products.
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition, workforce planning, human capital management, or public-sector hiring processes.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with human capital organizations, policy offices, external partners, and senior stakeholders.

  • Experience supporting public-sector or large enterprise human capital programs.
  • Experience with expedited hiring authorities, shared-certificate hiring, or technology workforce initiatives.
  • Experience conducting strategic foresight, labor market analysis, or capability planning.
  • Familiarity with centralized workforce allocation strategies and technology talent acquisition.
