About The Position

The Integration Engineering team supports Funnel customers with data use cases and the integrations needed to move data into and out of the Funnel product. When a customer needs data imported from a source that is not supported by Funnel’s out-of-the-box integrations, the team develops a custom solution. This includes setting up custom data extraction, configuring data imports in the Funnel platform, and troubleshooting customer issues with integrations the team has built.

As an Integration Engineer, you contribute to ensuring customers get maximum value from Funnel. The role frequently interacts with Commercial and Product Development teams. The position is based in the Boston office, with in-person work four days per week. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Requirements

• Experience writing code, gained through education or work.
• Experience in a customer-facing role; customers may be external or internal.
• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Help customers address data use cases and integration needs for moving data into and out of the Funnel product.
• Develop custom solutions for importing data from sources not supported by Funnel’s out-of-the-box integrations.
