About The Position

SAIC is seeking an organized and highly motivated Integration Engineer (IE) to join an established team, and act as an integral POC for critical mission partners. You will work closely with mission partners and support engineers throughout the entire development-to-implementation cycle, and you will be expected to support mission partners in the following areas: · Technical planning · System integration and engineering · Verification and validation · Risk Analysis · Technical SME roles supporting new and existing infrastructure · Serving as a spokesperson on advanced projects Specific Duties include: · Communicate and work closely with the customer to ensure immediate and future needs of a system are executed · Develop, update, maintain, and review system diagrams · Develop, review, and provide feedback on system documents. (i.e. SOPs, SLAs, MOA, etc.) · Communicate technical issues and/or resolutions to a 24/7 Operations Center · Facilitate and participate in TEMs (Technical Exchange Meetings) and internal ERBs (Engineering Review Boards) · Evaluate, plan, and coordinate existing and future system installation changes · Travel to locations within the WMA on a semi-regular basis · Potential CONUS/OCONUS travel (<5-10%25 of total time)

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI with Poly
  • BS/BA in an IT field OR equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 9 years of relevant technical experience
  • Ability to work with limited guidance with both external and internal customer teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Visio, COTS and GOTS products
  • Linux and Windows Experience
  • Ability to Travel (WMA and CONUS)
  • Ability to support coverage hours (9-4) Mon-Fri
