About The Position

As an Integration Developer, you will be a key part of the ERP and Business Systems team, responsible for leading integration solutions from architectural design to final handover. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, internal technology teams, and global vendors to co-create a scalable, resilient system landscape. This role bridges the gap between complex technical logic and business value, acting as a technical guide for critical data flows. The ERP and Business Applications department comprises technical professionals and subject matter experts who manage and improve technical tools for design, finance, logistics, and global sales.

Requirements

  • University degree or technical diploma with 5+ years of dedicated experience in SAP Integration.
  • Strong expertise in SAP BTP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration, API Management, Event Mesh).
  • Proficiency in Groovy Script and XSLT for complex message mapping and transformation.
  • Practical experience with protocols and adapters including IDOC, SFTP, OData, SOAP, and REST.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, and automated testing tools for integrations.
  • Strong understanding of security standards, including OAuth 2.0, SAML, and SSL/Certificate management.
  • Familiarity with SAP CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model) and the broader SAP S/4HANA landscape.
  • Ability to clearly explain complex technical "black boxes" to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
  • Adaptability, thriving in ambiguity, and balancing autonomous "deep work" with high-level team collaboration.
  • Passion for technical excellence matched by a passion for the outdoors and a desire to build tools that withstand the elements.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the full lifecycle of ERP integration solutions, including design, development, and go-live support for on-premises, cloud, and hybrid scenarios.
  • Designing and building high-performance interfaces, ensuring data integrity across a complex ecosystem of SAP and non-SAP applications.
  • Partnering with vendors and business leads to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, "API-first" integration patterns.
  • Providing guidance and conducting code reviews for team members, ensuring alignment with integration best practices.
  • Staying at the forefront of SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) advancements and industry trends to replace legacy patterns with modern, efficient solutions.
  • Documenting technical decisions, identifying potential bottlenecks, and executing proactive mitigation plans.
  • Proactively identifying and resolving system issues before they impact global supply chain or retail operations.
  • Leading the migration from SAP PI/PO to BTP Integration Suite, moving toward a microservices and event-driven architecture.
  • Developing and enforcing global policies, security controls, and development standards for all organizational integrations.
