Requirements

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 5 years of prior relevant experience
• Experience with RF test
• Experience with test HW and SW integration
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
• Active DoD Secret clearance with investigation within last five years.

Nice To Haves

• Experience leading a project team
• Experience with collaboration and reporting to program leads

Responsibilities

• Lead test integration on products
• Lead engineering testing (design verification testing, qualification testing, etc.) on products
• Prepare updates and report progress to program leadership
• Provide oversight/leadership to team members in order to drive tasks to closure
• Set up and Measurement experience in Near Field Probe and Range testing
