About The Position

The Integration Analyst is responsible for designing, developing and implementing integration solutions for Tulane University’s Affinaquest/Salesforce alumni and fundraising system. The position involves creating real-time and batch integrations using tools such as Informatica’s Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) and Apsona, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation between the fundraising system and both internal and external data sources. The Integration Analyst stays current on data management best practices, identifies opportunities for improving integration processes, implements improvements and documents decisions and guidelines.

Requirements

• Experience with Informatica’s Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS)
• Experience with Apsona
• Experience with real-time and batch integrations
• Knowledge of data management best practices

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing and implementing integration solutions for Tulane University’s Affinaquest/Salesforce alumni and fundraising system.
• Creating real-time and batch integrations using tools such as Informatica’s Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) and Apsona.
• Ensuring seamless data flow and process automation between the fundraising system and both internal and external data sources.
• Collaborating with Business Analysts, Programmers and the Application Administrator to deliver and maintain robust, scalable solutions.
• Staying current on data management best practices.
• Identifying opportunities for improving integration processes.
• Implementing improvements and documenting decisions and guidelines.
