About The Position

The Integrated Systems Manager is responsible for the management of the Organization’s ISO 9001 Quality Management System and the Calibration Labs compliance needs. The primary focus is maintaining compliance with ISO 9001 organizational processes and ISO 17025 systemic and technical standards. This role also supports Engineering with compliance needs.

Requirements

  • Bachlelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Quality management or related field
  • Experience 5+ years of experience managing quality systems or compliance within a testing/calibration laboratory or manufacturing/testing environment
  • Deep familiarity with ISO 9001 and 17025 standards, risk management and metrology principles
  • Working knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 requirements
  • Experience supporting audits, proficiency testing, and method validation activities
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • AutoCAD experience with layouts and fabrication drawings.
  • Able to read, interpret, and write technical instructions, specifications, and engineering documentation.
  • Ability to solve problems, evaluate data, make controlled design corrections, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing, updating and improving WNA’s overarching QMS policies and procedures
  • Monitor business-level risks, customer satisfaction – internal and external metrics and complaint resolutions
  • Oversea the internal and external audits and ensure proper planning and preparation are in place to meet the auditors’ requirements
  • Ensure technical validity of calibration results by overseeing equipment maintenance and metrological traceability
  • Oversee method validation, verification, and the execution of inter-laboratory comparison studies or proficiency testing
  • Assist in the review of PT results and support corrective actions for unacceptable or questionable results
  • Review and update Measurement Uncertainty budgets
  • Update and improve Methods when necessary as well as the tools supporting the calibration results and the validity of the results
  • Schedule and lead the assessment process from accreditation to book assessments using the A2LA portal
  • Maintain unified document and record control procedures that satisfy both business and technical requirements
  • Facilitate management review meetings focused on business performance and process efficiency
  • Coordinate and manage corrective actions and provide proper tools to educate organization on the problem-solving tools
  • Train and mentor personnel on quality standards, risk-based thinking and operational compliance
  • Manage third-party inspections and product evaluations ensuring compliance with NEC, NFPA, NRTL, CE, CSA, UL and UL 508A requirements
  • Research any new specification or standard requested by engineering
  • Other projects can be assigned based on workload and organizational business needs, this could include, but is not limited to: Improvement projects, Supporting engineering on technical reviews, Software integrations, specifically SAP4/Hana upgrade, LMS improvement
