About The Position

The Integrated Supply Specialist is involved with the disposition of supply chain parts aligned with the Company’s product lines from raw materials to purchase to finished goods. Work performed primarily at a customer site. Establish and maintain good customer relations with Line Leads and Managers. Order pulling with 100% product accuracy. Deliver orders to local customers on-time and as requested. Monitor bin locations, shelf life and FIFO, inventory counting, and cycle counts at the customer sites. Must maintain valid training certificate of completion of forklift training. Must maintain valid certificate of safety training and awareness. Must follow all federal and state compliance requirements in product handling. Responsible for preventive maintenance and incident reporting for warehouse safety. Must facilitate two-way communications with customer and with supervisors to ensure full customer satisfaction. Advise the supervisor(s) of potential new business opportunities with existing and/or new customers. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years inventory processing, cycle counting and reconciliation experience.
  • Computer literate in MS Word and Outlook; working knowledge of shipping and receiving software.
  • Must be able to work overtime weekdays and/or weekends if needed.
  • Must be reliable, dependable, punctual, and conscientious about production performance.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and be subject to periodic DMV checks.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, previous employment verification, federal and county criminal background check and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years warehousing experience in an industrial, semi-conductor, and/or distribution industry preferred.
  • If applicable, 2+ years chemical warehousing experience may be required.
  • HazMat certified or willing to complete the necessary training within 90 days of hire.
  • Knowledgeable of “two-tier” reporting, if applicable.
