About The Position

The Integrated Service Coordinator (Community Support Program Regulatory Compliance) will provide leadership and oversight of the statutory compliance required so that Milwaukee County maintains a DHS 63 certified Community Support Program. The position will include oversight of numerous standards outlined in DHS 63, assist with quality oversight of programming, and provide clinical support to Community Support Program teams as needed.

Requirements

  • Current resident of Wisconsin.
  • Possession of a valid Wisconsin Driver’s License, able to be maintained throughout employment.
  • Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Registered Nursing, Occupational Therapy, or Rehab Counseling.
  • At least three (3) years of Community Support Program (DHS 63) experience.
  • At least one (1) year of supervisory Behavioral Health Program management experience.
  • At least 1,000 hours of supervised post-degree clinical experience with individuals living with a serious and persistent mental illness.
  • Willing and able to travel up to 20% of the time within this role.

Responsibilities

  • Provide necessary oversight of Milwaukee County's Community Support Program network to ensure that a valid DHS 63 certification remains in place at all times. This includes all activities necessary for survey preparation and responsiveness to regulatory bodies.
  • Develop and maintain orientation and training bundle in HealthStream for all new CSP staff; maintain updated orientation and training logs for all CSP personnel; arrange and provide training related to best practices for professional growth of CSP staff.
  • Work with CSP providers to assess and improve quality of required case management services; provide training about effective case management services and CSP rehabilitative services for the CSP network as needed.
  • Work with providers to assess and improve quality of treatment plans for CSP clients; provide training about effective treatment planning for CSP network as needed.
  • Collect and maintain updated clinical supervision logs from CSP provider network; serve as a resource for all CSP staff to participate in staffings for individuals with complex needs.
  • Assist with conducting program evaluations of CSP network; assist with quality oversight of contracted agencies; complete CSP Annual Report each year.
  • Assist in leading ACT team fidelity reviews and promotion of ACT standards throughout the network.
  • Work to ensure the electronic health record for the CSP network is maintained with timely, accurate documentation; work to ensure documentation best practices; identify opportunities for optimization of Electronic Health Records.
  • Ensure proper outreach, screening, and assessment protocols are in place and adhered to per DHS 63; identify and implement best practices for assessment with CSP network.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
