TIAG is seeking a high-caliber Senior Integrated Scheduler to serve as a key technical authority driving a multi-year, complex enterprise technology modernization program. In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of architecting, managing, and maintaining a master multi-workstream integrated schedule as the organization transitions from a legacy environment to a modern, cloud-first system of systems. This position offers a hybrid model based in Olympia, WA (primarily remote with required onsite presence at least once per calendar month, as well as for key governance activities and committee meetings). The ideal candidate brings an authoritative, strategic mindset to schedule management and risk mitigation. You possess deep expertise in critical path analysis and enterprise-level Microsoft Project execution, paired with the leadership required to mentor matrixed teams. As a proactive thought partner to project leads, PMO directors, and executive stakeholders, you will transform dense schedule data into actionable business insights, driving organizational alignment across government, vendor, and contractor personnel.
