About The Position

Integrated Project Manager | Metal Deco Olberding Brand Family is a family-owned company that helps consumer products companies and printers design, optimize, and protect brands through packaging design, adaptive design, color management, premedia, and printing plate production. Headquartered in Cincinnati, OBF supports clients through teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia. The Integrated Project Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day project coordination and operational execution of OBF's Metal Deco business. This role serves as the primary project management point of contact, ensuring client requests are translated into clear internal actions and that work moves efficiently, predictably, and accurately from intake through completion. As the business continues to grow, this role will provide dedicated capacity to support the increasing volume and complexity of the work while reducing dependency on shared resources and operational bottlenecks. Working closely with the Client Business Leader (CBL), Client Relations, Brand Execution Leads (BELs), Creative, Prepress, Production, and Shared Services, the Integrated Project Manager translates client commitments into clear project plans, timelines, ownership, and execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant project management, client services, account management, creative operations, production, or related experience.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, timelines, and cross-functional workflows in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, workflow management, and operational coordination.
  • Strong client communication, relationship management, organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Ability to identify problems, influence across teams, determine next steps, and drive issues to resolution.
  • Proficiency with business systems, project management tools, reporting tools, and workflow technologies.

Nice To Haves

  • Packaging graphics, print, premedia, creative operations, or brand commercialization experience preferred.
  • Experience managing complex client projects, cross-functional workflows, and matrixed or shared-service operating models.
  • Experience with project management, workflow, ERP, or client management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day project management contact for metal deco clients.
  • Gather project information, coordinate intake, estimates, timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
  • Translate client requirements into clear direction, alignment needs, ownership, and next steps.
  • Maintain visibility to active projects, deadlines, risks, and changing priorities.
  • Own project communication, alignment calls, status updates, and issue escalation.
  • Serve as a brand steward to help ensure brand equity is maintained consistently.
  • Manage the details of the onsite client experience for in-person press approvals
  • Manage the artwork process, project setup, order entry, scheduling, workflow coordination, and final deliverables to client and printers for consumer packaging graphics projects.
  • Ensure projects are properly scoped and teams have the information needed to begin work efficiently.
  • Coordinate work across Client, Creative, Prepress, Production, design agencies, printers, and other OBF teams.
  • Engage technical resources to confirm print feasibility and support successful execution
  • Facilitate status meetings to keep projects moving and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
  • Drive projects through completion while maintaining timelines, quality, and client expectations.
  • Establish clear project ownership, handoffs, communication, and escalation paths across participating teams.
  • Identify recurring workflow challenges and drive improvements that reduce cycle time, rework, and unnecessary handoffs.
  • Reduce delays associated with project intake, setup, order entry, approvals, and shared-resource constraints.
  • Leverage workflow and business systems to improve visibility, accountability, and repeatability.
  • Support consistent application of OBF processes, workflows, and operational standards as the business scales.
  • Partner with the CBL to create capacity for strategic account development.
  • Identify client needs, service gaps, and potential opportunities through day-to-day interactions.
  • Provide insights that support account strategy, growth initiatives, and expanded service offerings.
  • Help ensure operational execution supports long-term growth and profitability of the metal deco business.
