About The Position

Pratt & Whitney is seeking an Integrated Product Team Leader to support Hot Section Engineering and serve as the primary engineering production support point of contact for turbine airfoils. In this role, you will lead a cross-functional team responsible for resolving production challenges, improving component producibility, executing engineering changes, and delivering hardware on schedule. You will partner with engineering leadership, program teams, manufacturing sites, suppliers, and other cross-functional organizations to drive data-based decisions and ensure technical, and production commitments are met. What You Will Do: Lead a cross-functional Integrated Product Team to execute technical tasks, resolve production issues, and deliver turbine airfoil hardware in accordance with established scope, schedule, quality, and performance requirements. Coordinate with engineering leadership, program management, Component Integrated Product Teams, manufacturing sites, and suppliers to communicate technical status, identify risks, and drive timely resolution of production and engineering issues. Drive producibility and process improvement activities to completion, meeting established schedule, quality, cost, and performance targets. Monitor and manage team performance against control tower metrics, budgets, charge numbers, schedules, and deliverables, taking corrective action when performance deviates from established targets. Lead external supplier and outsource activities, including Statements of Work development, execution, and performance management, while developing proactive and reactive sourcing strategies to support organizational priorities. Travel Requirement: 10% (Domestic and International). What You Will Learn: Gain broad exposure to turbine airfoil engineering, manufacturing, producibility, and production support within a complex aerospace environment. Develop expertise in leading cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams through technical and production challenges. Build knowledge of engineering changes, quality processes, Stop Delivery Order, process improvement, and capability assessment activities. Strengthen skills in supplier management, outsourcing strategy, program communication, and data-driven decision-making. Gain direct experience partnering with engineering leadership, program teams, manufacturing organizations, and suppliers to support hardware delivery and product performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 8 years of relevant engineering experience, or an Advanced degree in a related field and 5 years of relevant engineering experience.
Relevant experience in engineering, manufacturing, or production support environments, with demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams or projects and applying data-driven problem-solving to resolve technical, production, quality, or process issues.
