About The Position

This position is for an Integrated Product Support professional who executes business plans, manages budgets, manages repair workflow, assists in the analysis of program metrics and estimates, monitors program's progress, collects data to support negotiation of contracts and contractual changes, coordinates customer action items, and maintains program templates, metrics, and presentation materials. This is a fully onsite position in Sterling, VA. This role is eligible for relocation.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
  • Business-to-business customer support experience.
  • Project management experience.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • Active and existing security clearance required after day 1

Nice To Haves

  • Integrated Product Support (IPS) experience.
  • Aerospace experience.
  • SAP or other ERP experience.
  • Services experience in a manufacturing industry.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Leads IPS (Integrated Product Support) Program requirements with various functional requirements to ensure alignment with the customer objectives and contract requirements.
  • Maintains program templates, metrics and presentation materials to ensure information on program status and performance is available for further analysis.
  • Executes business plans, monthly financial reporting, and data deliverables for Program Management.
  • Monitors progress of program against plans, and other metrics using control and reporting systems.
  • Analyzes program metrics and status to develop business plans and proposals.
  • Coordinates customer action item responses to meet customer program objectives.
  • Initiates customer interaction to coordinate status and questions.
  • Collects data and analysis in support of contracts and contractual changes including coordinating preparations of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements, operating budgets, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts.
  • Assists with standing up a service center and process flow for the MAPS program.
  • Communicates and coordinates tasks between VSL and IPS organization.
  • Manages/influences others regarding policies, practices and procedures.
  • Works autonomously with limited oversight from manager.
