Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist (Mid-Level or Senior)
About The Position
Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Integrated Planning and Scheduling Specialist (IP&S) - (Mid-Level or Senior) (Level 3 or Level 4) to support STL Site Readiness activities in Berkeley, MO reporting to the AD Site Sr. IP&S Manager. Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, and/or related disciplines
- 3+ years' experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
- 3+ years’ experience working with Microsoft Office Applications.
- A “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Nice To Haves
- Construction Planning/Scheduling experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- 5+ years’ experience using Integrated Scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Open Plan Professional, Primavera, etc.
- 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Responsibilities
- Supports preparation, development, and coordination of an integrated plan and schedule to meet project requirements
- Assists with the development of construction plans, and schedules and coordinates with affected organizations, documents work statements, and resulting schedules
- Supports the integration of construction plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functions, product groups, suppliers, and partners of moderate complexity
- Identifies and reports performance variances
- Develops the Integrated Master Plan, and schedules and supports change incorporation plans related to the Construction Plan
- Directly interfaces with the Construction Liaisons to incorporate status, changes to the plan, recommended sprints, etc.
- Participates in the review of proposed changes to the baseline
