About The Position

The Integrated Planning Process Leader plays a critical role in strengthening how integrated planning operates across the business. This position is responsible for designing, standardizing, and deploying a scalable Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) framework across AMER, EMEA, and APAC, helping improve execution discipline, cross-functional accountability, and responsiveness to changes in supply and demand. In this role, you will help connect planning processes across regions, plants, and product lines while supporting broader integrated planning priorities, including SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) and long-term capital planning (IMAX). This is an opportunity to shape how decisions are made, improve process consistency, and drive operational excellence through strong governance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Product-line Management

Responsibilities

  • Own the global S&OE process design, governance model, and maturity roadmap
  • Lead the standardization of the S&OE process across plants, product lines, and regions
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Commercial, and Finance to strengthen alignment, governance, and decision-making
  • Drive and support optimization of integrated planning business processes, including SIOP and Capital Investment Planning
  • Develop and implement standard templates, tools, and best practices to support disciplined and consistent process execution
  • Create, maintain, and deliver training materials that build capability and reinforce adoption across the organization
  • Provide regional process support, with particular focus on AMER
  • Develop global KPIs and performance dashboards to measure execution health, process effectiveness, and opportunities for improvement
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, strengthen responsiveness, and support operational excellence
  • Ensure strong integration across planning processes to enable connected, scalable, and action-oriented decision-making
