About The Position

The Superintendent Manager – Integrated Planning is responsible for coordinating and supporting ASM's integrated planning processes across mining, processing, supply chain, maintenance, and commercial functions. This role serves as the site's planning leader, ensuring all functional plans are aligned into a single, integrated operating plan that supports effective decision-making at the asset level and contributes to the Fund's portfolio-wide Integrated Business Planning (IBP) framework. Working closely with the leadership team, the incumbent will establish planning discipline, facilitate cross-functional alignment, manage key planning and risk management processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives that drive operational performance and value creation.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in mining operations, mine planning, FP&A, project management, or related operational planning environments.
  • Experience supporting integrated planning processes, budgeting, S&OP, business planning, or operational performance management.
  • Knowledge of life-of-mine planning, budget development, project governance, and enterprise risk management principles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Geosciences, Finance, Operations, or a related discipline.
  • Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional certifications or advanced education (MBA, PMP, PE, Lean Six Sigma) are preferred.
  • Critical minerals industry experience is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate long-term (LOM), 5-Year, 2-Year, annual budget, and monthly planning cycles.
  • Maintain single integrated planning view connecting mine, plant, supply chain, commercial activities.
  • Lead monthly planning reviews and ensure alignment across functional teams.
  • Manage the site planning calendar and assumptions register.
  • Support asset submissions into the Fund's portfolio-level planning process.
  • Track operational improvement, sustaining capital, and growth projects through a consolidated portfolio view.
  • Support project stage-gate reviews and governance processes.
  • Prepare monthly project and delivery performance reports for site leadership and the Fund.
  • Maintain the asset risk register in alignment with Fund standards.
  • Facilitate scenario analysis related to commodity prices, grades, throughput, and foreign exchange impacts.
  • Identify risks, mitigation plans, and decision triggers during planning cycles.
  • Support the development, tracking, and reporting of ASM's Full Potential Plan (FPP).
  • Promote Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) performance management routines across the operation.
  • Monitor value capture initiatives and performance improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate support from external advisors as required.
