About The Position

The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Integrated Physical Therapist is responsible for providing physical therapy services to customer-owners and provides consultation services to providers within the medical system and throughout the state, including independent living facilities, assisted living homes, and private residential homes.

Requirements

Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of Alaska
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
ACLS, NRP, ATLS, ALSO and PALS as required for specialty and any certifications relating to the scope of practice as required.
Thorough understanding of the cultures and the needs of the Alaska Native population affiliated with Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI) and Alaska Native and American Indian people within the SCF's geographical service area.
Completion of all required health screenings and immunizations before the first day of work.

Responsibilities
