Requirements

At least 21 years of age.
Pass a Federal and State criminal history background check.
High school diploma/GED.
Comfortable and able to step over high rails while holding heavy equipment.
Comfortable and able to wear a 40lb backpack while performing certain tasks.
Comfortable and able to work in limited lighting areas with only a headlamp.
Comfortable with heights.
Comfortable and able to wear full PPE (to include full face masks/shields).
Willing and able to step over 28-inch-tall rails.
No allergies to plant materials or nitrile gloves; job requires daily exposure to cannabis plants and nitrile gloves.
Ability to follow specific protocols and strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures.
Must be capable of sitting for extended periods of time, lift objects on a regular basis, and perform daily repetitive tasks.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. unassisted and up to 80lbs assisted.

Responsibilities

Following MCP's policies and procedures for daily cultivation operations.
Fully complying with state medical marijuana regulations.
Calibration and Operation of Boom Sprayers.
Mixing and application of biological agents by cart sprayer.
Preparation and application of nematodes with backpack sprayers into the root zone.
Application of Beneficial Insect to the plants.
Post-harvest bay cleaning.
Cleaning of all surfaces and equipment in growing areas.
Green Waste Removal - gutters, containers, trash cans, floors.
Sanitation using peroxide-based products.
Plant Measurements.
Scouting - Identify and report pest and disease.
Dripper assembly Irrigation Repair.
All other duties as assigned.
