The Integrated Marketing Specialist supports the execution of digital marketing, marketing communications, internal communications and sales enablement initiatives for the Mission Investment Fund and ELCA Federal Credit Union. This role, situated in the marketing team, works closely with internal teams, including Sales, Administration and the Transformation Office, to develop effective marketing and communications deliverables that support established priorities, strengthen audience engagement and align with MIF’s brand standards. The Specialist contributes to the team’s integrated marketing efforts across email, website, social, direct mail, campaigns, presentations and internal communications. This includes writing and developing polished communications and sales materials, designing presentations and visual assets that make information easier to understand, supporting digital and direct mail campaign execution and adapting messaging so it is appropriate for the audience, channel and purpose. The role also supports internal enterprise-wide communications and presentations, requiring strong writing ability, attention to nuance, confidentiality and the ability to communicate clearly in a regulated financial services environment. This role requires demonstrated ability to shape messages for different mediums, audiences and contexts, whether communicating with employees, leadership, sales, ministry partners or external audiences. The ideal candidate will be a digitally-fluent marketing generalist who can write clearly, think visually and move comfortably between content development, digital execution, direct mail support, presentation design and internal communications. They should be able to use objectives, source materials and stakeholder input to develop polished, review-ready work with careful attention to accuracy, audience, tone and brand standards, and be comfortable receiving feedback, working through revisions and refining deliverables through review cycles. They should also be comfortable shifting between projects as priorities evolve, staying organized and responsive while working within established project management processes. This is a full-time, regular, exempt (salaried), Chicago-based hybrid position. This position has responsibilities that will require being in the office on a weekly basis.
